1. How do I place my order?

- Select the item you want, and add to cart.
- Check out and pay via selected payment method.
- An automatic confirmation will be sent via email once order is successfully placed and received by our team.
2. Do I have to pay in full?
Yes. Payment has to be made in full amount (net of applicable promotions) to secure the pre-order.
3. Can I request for a refund?
This is non-refundable from the day order was placed up to the time the item was delivered. This is to allow sellers anticipate purchase demand, and proper fulfillment of orders.
4. What are the available payment methods?

5. When will I receive my order?

A customer service representative will get in touch regarding delivery details at least 3 working days before the intended delivery date.
Due to the current situation, expect some delays in the delivery until shipping and logistics operations normalize.
6. Warranty/Return Claims
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns and exchange of unsealed and used face masks unless deemed damaged or defective due to manufacturer fault. Please email email@example.com for further assistance.
