Pacsafe FAQs

1. How do I place my order?

  • Browse from the product section.
  • Select the item you want, and add to cart.
  • Check out and pay via selected payment method.
  • An automatic confirmation will be sent via email once order is successfully placed and received by our team.


2. Do I have to pay in full?

Yes. Payment has to be made in full amount (net of applicable promotions) to secure the pre-order.


3. Can I request for a refund?

This is non-refundable from the day order was placed up to the time the item was delivered. This is to allow sellers anticipate purchase demand, and proper fulfillment of orders.


4. What are the available payment methods?

  • Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa)
    • For payments made using a credit card, automatic verification will be sent to your email and/or SMS once payment has been received by merchant.
  • Bank Transfer (BPI)
    • Bank: BPI

  • GCash

    For payments made thru bank transfer/GCash, email the proof of payment to within 3 banking days from date of order to avoid cancellations.

    Make sure to provide the following details for bank transfers: reference number, transaction date, amount paid, and source bank.

    Follow this email subject format: Order #<space>First Name<space>Last Name Email verification will be sent (within 3-4 banking days) to your email once our team receives the payment.


    5. When will I receive my order?

    Pacsafe® ViralOff® Face Mask - delivery starts on July 01 onwards

    Pacsafe® Silver ion Face Mask - delivery starts on July 24 onwards

    A customer service representative will get in touch regarding delivery details at least 3 working days before the intended delivery date.

    Due to the current situation, expect some delays in the delivery until shipping and logistics operations normalize.


    6. Warranty/Return Claims

    For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns and exchange of unsealed and used face masks unless deemed damaged or defective due to manufacturer fault. Please email for further assistance.
