Mobework FAQs

1. How do I place my order?

  • Browse from the product section.
  • Select the item you want, and add to cart.
  • Check out and pay via selected payment method.
  • An automatic confirmation will be sent via email once order is successfully placed and received by our team.


2. What are the available payment methods?

  • Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa) For payments made using a credit card, automatic verification will be sent to your email and/or SMS once payment has been received by merchant.
  • Bank Transfer (BPI) Bank:
    • BPI Account Name:   United Limsun International Trading Corporation
    • Account Number:  0401 0087 56
  • GCash 

For payments made thru bank transfer/GCash, email the proof of payment to within 3 banking days from date order was placed, otherwise order will be voided.

Make sure to provide the following details for bank transfers: reference number, transaction date, amount paid, and source bank.

Follow this email subject format: Order #<space>First Name<space>Last Name

Email verification will be sent (within 3-4 banking days) to your email once our team receives the payment.


3. When will I receive my order?

Paid using a credit card - Expect delivery within 4 to 7 days after payment verification by your bank.

Paid using BPI or Gcash - Expect delivery within 4 to 7 days after payment verification by our customer service team.

Delivery may be tracked through a tracking number to be provided 1-2 days after payment has been verified.

Due to the current situation, expect possible delays in the delivery until shipping and logistics operations normalize.


4. Warranty/Return Claims

Mobework offers 7 days replacement and 1 year service warranty. If any defect due to faulty materials and/or workmanship occurs within the warranty period, Mobework will repair or service the product for free.

The Mobework warranty applies, provided the product has been handled properly for its intended use and in accordance with the operating instructions. When claiming repairs under warranty, customers are required to provide the purchase receipts.
